The service
EssenseAI helps you create, review, and publish personal-branding content to LinkedIn using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for ensuring it complies with LinkedIn’s own terms and applicable law.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorised to connect any LinkedIn account you link to the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use EssenseAI to create or publish unlawful, misleading, hateful, or spammy content, to impersonate others, or to violate the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Content ownership
You own the content you create with EssenseAI. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store, and publish that content on your behalf while you use the service.
AI-generated content
Content is generated with AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. EssenseAI does not guarantee any particular results, reach, or engagement.
Third-party platforms
Publishing to LinkedIn depends on LinkedIn’s APIs and policies, which may change or limit access at any time. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms that affect the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, EssenseAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
